The best river tables come from some of the worst slabs. A slab of wood that has checks, defects or cracks cannot be used for dimensional lumber or veneer, but for a river table it offers amazing character and intense grain patterns.
This client was renovating an old home in Clifton and wanted the look of old oak in a more modern style.
